Frames, paper, sizes and shipping

Natural red oak, with an acrylite front in place of glass, so it arrives ready to hang. It is the only frame we offer; the pale oak sits well with the white sheets and the botanical greens. A few of the listing photographs show a sheet in a white or matted frame: those pictures are there to show the design on a wall, and the frame in them is not the one we send. Every framed print we send is red oak.

The sizes on the listing are print sizes: 8 × 10, 12 × 16 and 16 × 20 inches. The red oak frame adds a narrow border around the sheet. If you need the exact outer measurement for a particular wall, message me on Etsy before you order and I will check it for you.

Yes. Every design is offered unframed, and a few designs are unframed only; the tile on the browse page says so beside the price, and so does the print page, which opens on the bare sheet — the photographs of those designs in a frame are there for scale, not for sale. Unframed prints ship rolled in a rigid tube. Unroll it, leave it flat under a couple of heavy books overnight, and most frames' glass will hold it perfectly flat.

Message me on Etsy as soon as you can. Within 24 hours I can cancel the order so you can reorder the framed one, or you can keep the order and I will send you a separate link for the frame.

Enhanced Matte paper, 230 gsm: a heavy, smooth sheet with no shine, which is what the fine line work of the fern drawings needs. It is the only paper we print on, framed or unframed.

Nearly, not exactly. Screens and printers each render color their own way, so the greens and pinks may differ slightly from what you see here. The sheets themselves are white.

Three sizes, and the same prices for every design in the shop.

No. The sheets are drawn in two proportions. One fills 8 × 10 and 16 × 20 exactly; the other fills 12 × 16 exactly and prints with a small white margin at the sides on the other two sizes. Because the sheets are white, that margin reads as part of the border. Nothing is cut off.

Within the United States, $4.99 for the first print and $0.40 for each additional one, and free on orders of $35 or more. That means every framed print ships free, as does a 16 × 20 unframed print or any two unframed prints. International shipping is $11.99 for the first print and $1.00 for each additional one. Everything ships with tracking.

Prints are made and shipped in the USA by our print partner, Printful. The studio itself is in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Every print is made to order, usually within 3–5 business days. When it ships you get the tracking number on Etsy. If you need it by a date, message me before you order and I will tell you honestly whether that date works.

Yes, within 30 days; the buyer pays the return postage. If something is not right when it arrives, message me first with a photo. I want you to love it, and I will make it right.

Within 24 hours of ordering, yes. After that the print is already being made.

Etsy does not offer returns on digital items, because the files are delivered the moment you pay. If a file will not open or print, message me first and I will make it right.
